Easy to find, enough room to back to a door. No overnight parking, since its a hazmat facility and is probably locked for the night.

Opens at 7:15am no overnight parking. Arrived 2 1/2 hrs early and got a door right away. 45 minutes to load and I was back on the road. There is a clean restroom and I didn’t need to sit in the drivers room when loading.

It was a reefer load so it took them about 2 hours to stage it , but once they start loading you it's fast.You have to be on the dock floor when they load you.

Quick in and out, loaded in 30 min, waited another 30 min before....nice people at office. Overall good experience.Clean warehouse inside, they don't allow you to wait in your truck.
