“Went into the store looking for a brand of towels advertised on sale.I have purchased towels online in the past from JCP, but the quality wasn't exactly what I expected, so I wanted to check them out before ordering them.Unfortunately, the selection was very low in the store, so I ended up purchasing bedding and hair care products from the salon.The only register with someone working at it was in the front of the store. The line had 1 cashier and about 8 customers in line.I was parked in the back, so I went back to the salon register to see if I could check out there. No one was working there, but a young lady asked me if I needed any help.I asked if I could check out there, and she informed me that they did not have anyone to work the register.I think she realized what I was thinking. I was going to put the stuff back and leave as I was parked in the back. She then told me that she would check me out. I was very much appreciative and thanked her multiple times, but I would like to say big kudos to her for thinking of the big picture instead of herself. I wish I would have looked at her name tag, but honestly, I was just ready to pay and leave. Too bad we couldn't have more customer service employees like her at other stores!”

“After searching endlessly for someone to make a custom cake for my daughter's 1st Bday, I finally hung my head and went to Walmart bakery. I knew their cakes were pre-frozen and the theme I had in mind was not on their list of cakes to choose from. Basically, I didnt have high hopes. I heard Makayla was good so I asked to have my cake made by her. She even agreed to creat my theme as long as it wasn't copyright. When I went to pick it up the morning of the party, I was pleasantly surprised! The cake was super cute and it tasted great! It was very moist, reasonably priced, and the decorations were adorable. Even came with a free smash cake. While it wasn't a custom cake (yet was certainly much cheaper), I was very happy with the service and product!”

“Had an issue with a sale price and the guy helping me get a tree ( artificial ) found one for me after much looking. Made me feel what I needed was as important as him finding something for me! Great job and thanks! The tree is finished and now my grandkids have a tree when they come. Turned out really nice! I guess my old one waited for me to finish before going coputs! LolIt's what Grandpa's do! First time I ever had to put up one, take it down and put up another! Worth it all for my grandsons!”
