Was in the middle of getting cash back and second worker came beside me and slapped a no cash back sign onto the card reader right after the first worker that checked me out told me I was fine to get cash back and I even double checked. Very rude and bad service!

I was told to leave the store because of my backpack purse. First, that is profiling and poor business practices. I'm 45yrs old, and have had 2 emergency back surgeries. I cannot carry a regular purse on my shoulder. If you are so worried about people stealing...maybe hire some employees to work and watch cameras when the store is open. Don't take it out on your customers.

This store has yet to honor anything on the app. You put your phone number in the computer and it is supposed to credit you with all the discounts available at that time, but this store has yet to give me the discounts even after I input my telephone number. When you go back into the store to report it and to get your discounts you are told you have to return all the discounted items and repurchase them. This is just what everyone wants to do after already shopping. The very young manager shows no concern or compassion and only makes matters worse by telling his customers they have to 2redo their shopping in order to get the discounts. I guess the $5 off of $2. 5 or more is going to break them... NEVER will I shop at Dollar Store in Desloge, MO.

Great staff. I will say that I see way to many empty slots where products should be. Often, I can not buy what I need as shelves are empty. This is a relatively new store and manager says they don't order, but the home office does. Really frustrating. Thanks

Very nice person working behind the desk. Prices are a bit higher than Walmart. But that's not the workers fault. There just doing there job. The store is very unorganized and very needing much help of cleaning but that again its not the workers fault because they don't hire enough people to actually allow the complete work that needs to be done to be done. One woman or man cannot do five different jobs. So since they have customers coming in pretty often they can't know where due to jobs at the same time so while they're checking out the people so they can get them out of the store so that people can get where they need to get going they can't be cleaning the store and organizing the items so in another words they got not enough people and too much work to happen again not the people's fault that's working there it's the Corporation that is in charge of Dollar General that should be getting off their lazy butt using money and paying people to do the job while the other people are able to do their job Dollar General is going up a lot in many places like 20 minutes apart this is a good thing but stop by in stores long enough to put some people to work so the Dollar generals won't be so cluttered. One major thing that I cannot stand that is involved in the store is when you get to the checkout you got to go around a large stupid maze to get to the checkout to pay for your items that makes it very cluttery for the people to be able to stand six feet apart it makes it very close for comfort and in the way there's not enough room in that store to have that kind of setup. So basically what I am saying hire some people pay them the right amount of money that can clean up the store and make it look good and let the other people that are doing the behind the desk checking out the paperwork versus stalking the shelves you don't have enough people for that hire some people clean up the organization of the store. Lower some prices. I honestly think that you ended go a better way and you would probably be a lot more of organized if you have a lot more people working for you and put some more items in there it wouldn't hurt to get some stores over here in Iron mountain Lake area. I am happy to shop at Dollar General but it's really upsetting and a very tight shopping situation because of the unorganizing place because you don't hire enough people thank you and have a very blessed day
