the worst post office. never answers the phone. can never drop off my packages even tho i live in town and my mail box is on the street. better off using amazon 2 day shipping

The local people are great. Super friendly and as helpful as can be.
Upper management just seems to get in the way, and cause more problems than they solve.

Every time my package goes to Parkhill it gets returned to St. Louis distributing center then it goes straight back to the Park Hills then they send it off to the distribution center again and then it’s lost anyone else from Bonne terre have this problem with Parkhill post office
