We love Parkville Animal Wellness. They're always very flexible with scheduling and able get our dog in. The support staff and doctor are great and not pushy about getting extra things if you don't want them. They are the only ones that can do my dog's nails, he gets too upset with normal grooming places. Definitely recommend!

I took my new puppy here. It was very clean and smelled amazing. Loved Dr. Welsh! He's very honest and doesn't try to over-treat. I would highly recommend it if you live in the Parkville area or close by.

We had our first visit today. They were able to get us in quickly. The clinics team is amazing and treated my dog with great care. Hands down a great experience. Dr Welsh gained a forever client today.

Michelle is completely and totally rude. We just spent an arm and leg getting my dog’s teeth cleaned (with some extractions) and the poor thing has been up coughing all night so I called to get some cough medicine and “Michelle “ answers and is very rude and tells me the coughing will stop today and that my dog doesn’t need the medicine ? really?!?! You haven’t been up ALL NIGHT with her! I won’t be back. She needs to be fired.

My dog stayed at this facility this past weekend. The facility is clean and my dog left smelling clean. Everyone seems really nice and we will definitely use them again.

Paws LLC is highly unprofessional and unethical to not only their customers but their employees. I highly suggest going to Eagle animal hospital if you want honest care from reputable vets who won’t take advantage of you or your wallet during hard times.Other reviews point out how PAWS offers boarding without a real boarding facility, this is true. During boarding your pet will be in a cage all day waiting for you. Pets are walked on a leash 2 times a day to use the bathroom, other than that there is no gated area for your pet to run around or play. No toys for enrichment.Reviews also mention that loyal customers are nagged when 5 minutes late to pick up their pup. I can confirm this, as the receptionist is in a huge hurry to leave for her weekly Pickle Ball scramble..........

Our dog Mika had been limping for months and first they said that she could be faking it, and then they moved on to saying it could be arthritis, and when we finally had X-Rays done they said it looked like a partially torn ligament. It was only when we took her to Northland Animal Hospital that they finally found that she had torn ACLs in both of her hind legs. After months of watching her condition worsen and spending hundreds of dollars for an improper diagnosis, we now have to schedule surgery for her that will be over $7,000. Avoid this vet if you care about your pets.

We have a pup that isnt great at grooming. Parkville Animal Wellness has a groiner and they were able to safely sedate her and get her a great groom! So so happy with them!

We really adore Parkville Animal Wellness. Dr. Welsch and his staff are amazing with animals and people, alike. They allowed my daughter to volunteer there when she was younger (she was interested in becoming a veterinarian). This experience allowed her to see the compassion and kindness that Dr. Welsch and his staff provide to every patient family first hand. We used their services for several years until we moved out of the area. This included them saving my daughter's cat from a near fatal urinary blockage, regular checkups for my dog, and helping my dog cross the rainbow bridge when the time came. PAWS has always treated us like family. I highly recommend them.
