“WOW! First time using this pharmacy! Spoke with Ashley regarding insurance issues etc with my prescriptions… Not only was she intelligent, understanding everything I was asking abput, she was able to work a couple MIRACLES FOR ME! A name brand medication that I only expected the manufacturer coupon to work for, (ie my insurance wouldn’t pay and declined coverage last month), WENT THROUGH MY INSURANCE AND WAS COVERED! As well as a 2nd Prescription I’ve had similar issues with! She got that one through as well! I cannot express in words how much I appreciate a pharmacy/pharmacist, that is kind, helpful, and KNOWS WHAT THEY’RE DOING! And all in the most genuinely caring way! I was so scared that I had made a mistake switching Pharmacies, but ASHLEY TURNED THAT ALL AROUND! So Grateful for people like her! SHE IS SO Amazingly, and so FABULOUSLY, THE VERY BEST!?☮️?????”

“I LOVE this Walgreen's location. I have been going to the Parkville location since I moved to the area. They are a busy, busy location, but I am always treated with respect and kindness. Things don't always go my way, prescription not delivered to the store in a timely manner, etc, but this staff ALWAYS jumps and tries to help me out. I pick up medicine for ALL my family, including an elderly mother and and elderly mother-in-law. They just do what they do very, very well, and seem to care about my situations. Thank you folks. I know you all run hard and not everyone treats you as nicely as I think they should. Keep on keeping on!!!”

“I had a script that was supposed to be delivered early this week and I received a notification that the delivery was canceled. I called the pharmacy and there wasn't a way for them to reschedule it for delivery, so the pharmacist took the initiative to drop it off at my house during her lunch break. I didn't catch her name, but realize she didn't have to take the time out of her day to do that and I really appreciated it!”
