“Shield Storage would have been an easy five out of five stars if not for the hours of operation. The staff is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and polite both in person and on the phone. I really wish that shield storage was open 24 hours a day, but I understand also that security is that much better by not being open 24 hours. Is Google could allow me to rate shield storage a 4.9 out of five stars I would.”

“They say that the units are "temperature controlled" but I guess that would depend on what exactly temperature controlled means to you. It's so hot in there during summer months. I suggest you bring water bottles and a cooling towel or something of that nature so you don't heat to death. Other than that we have had good service and the units are fine.”

“I used Moovers of KC for my local move on 11/27/23, the team of BJ, Eddie and Darrien arrived at 9:00 AM to begin my move from a small house to an apartment. They were on time, called while on their way and were ready to work. I had dealt with Angela and Julie to arrange the move by phone. I was provided written instructions on how to make the move as easy as possible -- IT WORKED!! Two hours later we were finished and I was extremely pleased. “Good front entrance. The elevator to the 2nd floor is just inside the front doors. With a little maneuvers you can get 2 of their carts in at once and we also got 3 people on the elevator.”
