No one ever answers the phone.
I have asked that packages NOT be left at the mailbox because it is far and out of view of the house.
Today a cardboard box was left in soaking wet weeds in the rain.
Do you really need to throw my packages in the ditch? I walk with a cane and getting heavy boxes out of ditches isn’t easy.

We moved to the Parkville area at the end of February 2025. We put a request to get a key to our mailbox at the beginning of MARCH, we did not get our key until the end of JUNE!! So over THREE MONTHS without a key to our mailbox! When we finally got our keys, we asked to pick up our mail while there, they said it wasn’t there and it must be in our mailbox. Got home and checked our mailbox, NO MAIL! I waited two more days just to give them the benefit of the doubt, still NO MAIL! I’ve tried calling their office 3 TIMES as I have 3 children I don’t want to get out of the house unnecessarily, and no one answers the phone! So we have went 3 MONTHS without a key to our mailbox. We still don’t have access to our mail, and they won’t answer their phone!!

Mail is not being delivered for days and then all of a sudden I have like a weeks worth of mail in my box many are showing up after a due date

Have been having issues with my package not being delivered for days even though I keep getting “out for delivery” on tracking my package. Went through the automated message, not helpful. The website not helpful. And even put in a service request, no reply. Finally I called up to the post office it’s self which I tried to avoid doing because i know they’re busy people. But I didn’t get put on hold or transferred to the answering machine. They just blatantly hung up the phone on me. It and insured package too. It was supposed to be delivered three days ago and I just want the product I paid for.

A terrible job , they told me that they were going to give me the key to my mailbox in two weeks and that they would put my email to pick it up there , and more than two weeks have passed and they have not given me the key and they do not have my email . I do not get my bills, nor important documents.

🌟 GO TO PARKVILLE USPS! 🌟
Unlike my experience at another location, the Parkville USPS staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. I went in for my passport renewal, and they immediately assisted me with care and professionalism.
They provided clear, accurate information, ensured I had everything I needed, and made the process quick and stress-free. The difference in service was night and day compared to other locations.
If you need anything done—especially passport services—this is the place to go. Shoutout to the Parkville team for their kindness, patience, and top-notch customer service! 🙌

I walked into the post office at 4:48 PM, and despite it being close to closing time, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The woman who assisted me went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and she did it with a smile. Great customer service and a pleasant experience —thank you for making my day!

For 20 years I’ve had a great experience at the Parkville Post Office. Always open, friendly staff, convenient location. My mail arrives on time. I have changed addresses several times with no problem. I find if you go into this location with a respectful, grateful attitude, they are quick to return the favor :)

Would never usually leave a positive review at a USPS office. However, at this branch Sheryl provides the best customer service I have ever seen with USPS! I usually prefer to go to this branch just because of the great customer service.

I have had a number of packages delivered and the parcel locker key never end up in my mailbox. It regularly takes five or more attempts at calling to get anyone to pick up the phone. I have never before experienced this level of error with the USPS, prior to moving here.

I came to pick up my mail through my PO Box. I was told that my box had expired with no notice out in my mailbox. Then the front desk lady told me that she had been throwing my mail away. Like what the $&@! are you doing working as an employer if you are throwing away people’s mail. This has to be illegal. As soon as I figure out how to file a complaint against this office I will.

Sheryl provided service for me, and she was the most friendly and helpful postal employee that I've ever encountered IN a post office. Further, the lady she helped before me was struggling with the permanent change of address process. Sheryl was gracious, patient and helped her to a level so far above what I'm accustomed to at a US Post Office...that it warmed my heart. If Sheryl provided ALL the service at this location...the aggregate rating would be about 4.8.Thank you Sheryl, your kindness and outstanding customer service was both observed and appreciated!
