Worst storage units ever!! Since the new owners took over this has went downhill. I was there not even a week before my unit was broken in to and had over $2,000.00 worth of stuff stolen. The owner Todd tried telling me it's never happened before and tried to tell me not to file a police report. I did though and he refused to cooperate with the police and never gave them the camera footage. Then tried saying the footage is no longer available. I never got my stuff back and they never found the thief. I highly recommend NEVER using this storage company! Especially if you value your belongings because they definitely don't!!!

Don't get me wrong, I don't 'Love' Knight's Towing, but as frazzled as I was to have to get my car back, the lady I spoke to was kind-hearted and understanding. She even made me laugh. They are easy to work with there. Hopefully, you won't have to work with them, though.

These shady jackwagons towed my niece's car from in front of my house on Thanksgiving evening because it was barely parked in the grass. Who does that? Prey on poor people on Thanksgiving. On top of that my niece is pregnant and due any day without a car!!!

They are a predatory business that is enforcing rules that don't exist in Santa Barbara claiming they are doing on behest of Yes Communities. They are doing this in a trailer park. They are doing their dirty work at night. We caught them last night and they were arrogant about their illegal towing activities. Go prey on people with money, not the poor people of Olathe.

I called, and he was very dismissive and rude. He hung up on me the first time I called, and had to call back a second time, which he seemed to be annoyed because of the inconvenience.

This company is not legally registered to do business in the state of Kansas yet... they contract illegally with local businesses (Village of Lionsgate) and then farm their dirty work out to Lucas Towing to "take" (using that term lightly...) cars from residents' homes while they sleep. The Highway Patrol will be notified.
