“Their prices are a little higher than some of the other places but it’s a very secure and clean facility. The customer service is amazing both the ladies that run the place/work in the office are great, very friendly, and provide top of the line customer service!! They’re usually willing to work with you if something comes up and are going to be a little late on payment as long as you give them a heads up. Or even sometimes when you just completely forget to pay it and don’t realize until you try to get in and can’t lol (speaking from experience)!! If you can afford to pay the little bit more that they cost they’re well worth it!! I seriously couldn’t have got better customer service, compassion, or understanding from any other storage!! Especially when it came to time to get everything moved out which required a little over a week of going through everything in 100 degree weather (which made us only able to work on it a little at a time so we didn’t get overheated). I had one of the larger units and way more stuff then I needed or had room for so we had to go through and get rid of a lot and better compact pack the rest and due to the heat it took a little longer then I had originally planned and they worked with me and were not just very understanding but also very helpful in ways they didn’t have to be!!”
“I have used this service for 5 years. It is safe, convenient to access, and the owner - Bill - is a very responsible and an excellent communicator. Any time I have phoned him he has picked up day or night and has always been most helpful. I can't imagine a better or safer place to store your valuables. There is a wall, a gate and video surveillance. The lot is always clean and accessible. I feel very fortunate to have found this storage service.”

“Beacon is your atypical storage facility, but the managers are not. Absolutely wonderful and engaging. We've had a unit with Beacon for over a year now and it was a great decision to rent with them. Conveiniently located and easy to find, Beacon satisfies my storage needs.
I read in these reviews that someone complained about bugs and spiders. It's a storage facility. I've rented from higher priced, climate controlled, indoor facilities and still dealt with bugs, in acuality, on a much worse scale than what exists at Beacon. Storage units were not meant to be the Taj Mahal.
Insects outnumber humans on this planet so keeping them out is a very large task that no one has perfected. They are everywhere you go, even in your own home.
Beacon does the best it can to provide a safe storage experience, but if people decide to do wrong, they will. No amount of security has ever stopped that. That's reality.
