I droped my deer off in September I got my burger and steaks back but the owner has never started on my specialty meat back and he was disrespectful towards me and cussing and threatening us because we called the conversation on him about it terrible place to go

We had a hog butchered and everything we got has been the best we've had in a while. We have tried several butcher shops in Pike and audrain counties, this is the best. We will definitely be back.

Dropped my deer 10 point buck 200lbs off in November. In March after repeated calls I finally cornered them to pick up meat. I get handed a small bag of 4 roasts and a few sticks. The owner was so disrespectful and belligerent. Do not bring your deer here!

These are good people that also do a phenomenon job processing our steers!

One of the best meat processors I have ever had the privilege to visit. I had a deer processed there this year for the first time and I will not go anywhere else. The jalapeno cheddar snack sticks and summer sausage is some of the best I have ever had. The owners are pasionate about their business and are very nice to work with. Great people. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. The prices are more than fair for the quality that is produced.

One of the few places you can take live birds and have them butchered in Missouri. Everything is USDA inspected. For the price it is well worth not doing it yourself. They do a better job than I ever could and I don’t smell like dead chicken for 3 days after. If you have your birds cut up with boneless skinless breast make sure to get your carcass bones back for making soup. These people are great to work with.For the people who complain about the price on some of their products need to understand what it takes to raise great tasting, healthy, safe food. If you want cheap pork from a factory farm go to the big box store. If you want quality with a great taste go here.Try their bacon well worth the price!

$15 to $16 a lb for rib eye. Filets were $10+ each. A tad bit expensive for my liking.

I was visiting my family in Missouri and had the chance to try steaks and flavored bacon from 4Quarter Processing. After living out west you forget what great meat tastes like. It was a pleasure to have it again. I really loved the thick sliced Apple-Cinnamon bacon. Mmm mmm mmm got hooked on that bacon.
