“Was searching for a color matching hood for my hail damaged Kia and found one at a parts yard in Monroe City. Since I live two hours away, I needed a body shop to install if I drove to the area. I contacted Shortridge Custom Collision and spoke to Brandon. We had arranged a time for me to arrive at the shop for the install earlier in the week but on the day of the agreed time, Braden notified me that the part had not been put on the delivery truck for his shop from the seller. Brandon graciously drove to the yard and picked up the part and it was waiting for install when I arrived. I want to thank him and his shop for going overboard to help me out.
