Every time there's this certain blonde woman at the register, she will not sell lottery tickets. This has been going on over a month now so it's not like she hasn't had time to be trained. She will sell scratch offs but not actual lottery tickets. My boyfriend along with 6-7 other people in line all had to leave and go across town to motomart. And this happens twice a week, every week.

Their pizza is now an awful mess of slime. Greesy and has crappy cheese. What happened? It used to be awesome. We used to eat there all the time. Had them a couple weeks ago, but it was just as bad as today. I at least gave them another shot to fix this crap.

Walked in once again and hardly any pizza by the slice was available. This has been a normal occurrence lately. I was going to grab a couple slices. 3 sausage slices and nothing of anything else. I could see nothing on the prep table or anything in the oven. I figured I’ll just order a pizza. I started to get ok the app and order. Then I thought it would be much quicker to just actually tell an employee what I wanted. Asked the cashier and you would have thought I just asked her to do something bad. She rolled her eyes and then got a person in the back attention. Then he proceeded to act like it was a hassle to actually take an order. What happened to actual customer service? I only give two stars because they are open 24/7. If I could take a QT employee and insert them in this store I would.

Great food when cooked! Just tired of my sauce being forgotten when I order through the Casey app. First of all don’t advertise eight breadsticks if you’re only going to give me seven. Secondly, make sure the breadsticks are fully cooked along with the pizza. I’m spending money on sauce that I’m not receiving.

I was just in there with my boyfriend and Lori had the worst attitude. She gets mad and legit snatched money from him and continued to be rude. Every time he goes in he has a bad interaction with her!

I went there one night with a friend who is 25 years old and I was buying something else and he was getting alcohol and an employee by the name of Raymie wouldn’t sell to him bcuz I was with him and then tonight I came in and she started saying I was just talking about you (to a new employee) and I say why and she says that one time when you tried to have someone buy alcohol for you and then starts rambling about cops and stuff, still yelling at me and not wearing a uniform, terrible management she should not be in a business where she deals with customers, ridiculous

Was told by a girl with a green stripe in her hair that I have to go to kitchen to order after waiting 4th person in line when I come in all the time they always insist I come to register and then they take the order back to the kitchen…. In the meantime I sat there waiting for a good while to place my order the other worker in kitchen was busy actually working and the counter girl just stood there and socialized with her friends that came in. Ended up just leaving it’s clear socializing with her friends is more important that her job

I visit the Casey's store in Perryville MO almost daily. The service and food are outstanding, they say "hello welcome to Casey's" when I enter and they always ask if found everything I need. There is always plenty of hot food items to choose from and the deli salads and food are great. I should also mention the fresh assortment of donuts and hot coffee. Casey's makes it very easy for me to get what I need at just about any time of the day or evening...thank you
