They have no air conditioning in the summer time so it's very hot for everyone that works there.

It's a fairly easy job after you get used to the 12 hrs a day, 2 weeks swing shift from days to nights & overlooking people that have ugly attitudes while learning how to operate cereal machines without anyone training you. We really need workers on all shifts cuz we're shorthanded.
