Fees are absolutely ridiculous this year. Customer services with the exception of Billy my tax guy was just about the same.The only reason I might even consider going back next year, will be because of him! Always done me right with preparing my taxes every year! Definitely makes up for everything else that HR BLOCK lacks or doesn't do!

They messed up my 2020 taxes and I paid money to EFILE. They first denied missing pprwrk the IRS did not receive then lied to my face they didn't need send. I EFILED and trusted but yet I sat with IRS call line and got FAX # for them send. Then she and other woman had attitude. Been 2 mnths and no return. Blamed me to mail to IRS. Sad to own up they did bad job. Reported to BBB Can't lie you got a paid customer back and now office is closed. Now I BEEN W/O my taxes 2 mnths that IRS says they never got tho I retook my PPRWRK in and fax# for preparer to FAX but again more excuses than answers. Attitude and professional lacking after they take your money And say be bout 2 WEEKS return.

I have been trying to reach this office for a couple of weeks. There are no "appointment available" My taxes are loaded on the HR Block site, but all it says they are working on them, for the last week. I have called their offices, but no one is responding. I spent a lot of time loading my information on their site. I am REALLY frustrated. This is ridiculous. Do not waste your time. Go somewhere else!

We filed February 12, (actually before this date, the IRS verified RECEIPT of our return 2/12/21). As of today, May 12, 2021, countless calls and emails have gone unanswered. We have been customers for around 10-15 years and this year paid them $219.00 to prepare our taxes. As of this moment, we do not have our refund, our second stimulus payment, and they refuse to assist in any way. We have used the IRS website which advises us to call, when we call, we are advised to use the website. Recently we learned that the IRS has us making almost 3 times our actual income and we have NEVER done our own taxes-ALWAYS H\u0026R BLOCK! We could be in big trouble and THEY WILL NOT HELP US. I have sent several emails to Belinda and I received a BS auto response. DO NOT waste your time or money here. Customer service/loyalty means nothing to these cretans.
