Took my van in to the shop I was quoted a price of a little over 750 After 2 and half months , my van is fixed, but the price is well over 1000.They said, "they fired the man who quoted the 750 ". I picked up the van to find out it barely made it a mile down the road. Slipped into neutral, then finally went back into 3rd gear. This is what they were supposed to fix in the first place. After paying them 1060 in money, I was horrified.Also, my AC is toast, blowing hot air. It blew cold air before going into the shop. It had a kick butt AC. Not no more.The man proclaimed it couldn't have been their fault. So i talked to the garage manager, and he said the same thing. Making lame excuses. It wasn't their fault.Them pulling on the radiator or my transmission couldn't have done any damage to my van's AC. Which is crap... My van went into the shop with a kick butt AC. Came out not working. Not their fault. Right?So needless to say, I left my van to be fixed again after paying 1060 dollars to have it fixed. The van wouldn't shift right. IN FACT, It barely made it back to the garage.After a few more days, no call, no update, nothing.Soooo iCalled about my van after taking it back, when it was supposedly fixed. Waited well over 20 minutes after I called,for some information about my van. Nothing... no call back. No information... i went in person to find out something about my van. They had my van back in their care 2 DAYS after it was supposedly fixed.Two days, no call. I went in to see about my van. It seems to be shifting better. Running rough, not happy with the way it's running. They looked at the AC that was not working and charged me for them looking at it. They broke it, but charged me for them looking at it.Quoted me a price of just under 4000 to fix my AC. Which wasn't broken until it went into their shop.Plus, they now declare my motor mounts were bad as well.I also talk to the man who is over the garage. They don't care how they treat their customers. They treat you like you're stupid. And if you don't like it, that's your problem, not theirs. I won't be doing business with this place ever again. Keller Automotive across from Wal-Mart in Perryville.I am very unhappy with them. I post this to warn others. This has been a horrible experience, and I am still not able to drive my van without air due to health reasons.If I could rate this business, it would be in tears.

I had an issue with my Silverado 3500 HD , where it wouldn't start. I called to let them knowI was having it towed there since I was down weekend place out side of town. They were able to work it in and diagnosed it quickly, would definitely recommend the Service Department at Keller Motors

My experience was a bit complicated by parts delays. The staff is friendly and courteous, there is room for improvement in the communication department. I found myself having to call them to get updates on the delays because they didn't call me when things were nit working out. Parts were supposed to be in and they did not show or the person I spoke with gave an incorrect answer because instead of checking they assumed. Communication with me and informed answers would have made my experience much better. In the end the work was done and I got both of my vehicles. Will I use them again? Probably, with some hesitation.

avoid service department at all cost. Third time with transmission problems. $297.00 and nothing fixed.

They told me that they don't and won't recognize Car Shield auto extended warranty coverage. They said that they would only fix it if I paid myself and I see if I could get the money reimbursed for the repairs. They now have a company policy to not accept that company. My advice to the unsuspecting public beware of Car Shield since the more I read the more it appears they are a scammer operation.

Bought a car from them the navigation did not work and the radio. They said they would fix it. they fix the navigation and they said they were waiting on the radio system and it would take about three months. Call them back and he said they fix it and they are not going to do anything else. When I call the man to talk to them civil he told me to get a hold of a lawyer.

I would give this place a zero if I could! After they tried to reset my car a few months ago I went back to have the issue fixed recently. They didn't have the service ticket, no big deal I told them it was a airbag sensor that had failed. I had to repeat myself 3 times, just to see on the slip they had wrote "warentee issue" on the slip. This was after a very rude man told me "noone wants to work on your car today." Everyone always told me don't go there, silly me for believing the service department was any different! It was worth it 4 years ago to drive to Cape, and I will be doing that for dealership repairs too!I had never declined service. My vehicle was not pristine, but I have definitely seen worse. I an sorry I had a few stains, but I have never had worse customer service.

Hands down the best! This is our third vehicle purchase from Keller. They have always made it an easy process….never a bad experience. Shout out to Nathan (our sales consultant) on his professionalism, efficiency, and communication.
