The people at T-Mobil customer service were very helpful getting us finally,after 3 days, set up, but we would not have had to go through all that and a couple mire trips to the store if the people originally setting it up had not skipped a couple of steps in the activation set up! Very frustrating and time consuming for me and my husband!”
