There are not words to express how your people that work at their Verizon store go far and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy little campers.They are absolutely outstanding. They always take their time. I’m completely illiterate when it comes to doing anything with my phone or an iPad or whatever and they always always take their time to explain any and all procedures . I just spent almost 5 hours with Sean , during that time, he not only set up two phones, two watches and an iPad . “We had lots of issues getting our phones to port to our original #'s and getting service after we changed over . The people at T-Mobil customer service were very helpful getting us finally,after 3 days, set up, but we would not have had to go through all that and a couple mire trips to the store if the people originally setting it up had not skipped a couple of steps in the activation set up! Very frustrating and time consuming for me and my husband!”
