I made a reservation nearly 2 weeks in advance to ensure I had it for vacation. I call the morning of to let them know I might be 30 minutes late on pick up to find out there's no reservation for me. There had to have been something cause they sure charged me a deposit that I now have to take a bank statement into the office cause I sure don't feel comfortable emailing a company a copy of my bank statement when they can't even handle a simple reservation which is the whole reason they are in business. This is very frustrating and my first transaction with this company, I can assure you my refund on my deposit will be my last!

I had some previous concerns and posted them. Mike Ochs contacted me personally, and made both issues right! A very stand up hard working owner. Always contact him directly if you experienced any difficulties this is now my go to Can am delearship here in Perryville. Thanks Mike!

The lady was super nice and car was amazing all in all great experience . Especially since I tried for hours at keller's trying to rent a car from ENTERPRISE to no avail I might add.

I would go anywhere else. The phone system is ridiculous, regardless of which one of their phone numbers you dial, the call is routed to any of their offices. I called the Farmington office for a car in Farmington, the phone was answered in Cape Girardeau. I specifically told them I needed a car in Farmington and the manager told the rental agent that one had just come in and go ahead and get a rental reservation, which I gave them. Again, after previous experience, I specifically told them I needed it in Farmington. When I got to Farmington, they did not have a car. They expected one later in the day, but they did not have it yet. I got a call from the auto mechanic and my car was ready, so I called to tell Ochs to cancel the reservation. They told me that regardless, I still had to pay the $40 reservation fee. First of all, they screwed up by putting the car in Cape when I specifically told them Farmington. Second, the car was never on the lot, therefore never available to me. When I called the area manager, Cody Summers, it was very obvious he had never been trained in customer service. At one point I had to ask him if he ever shut up long enough to listen to anyone. He said he had listened to a recording of my phone conversation the rental agent, so he heard me tell them I wanted the car in Farmington but chose to lie about it. He also said he was the highest ranking person in the company anyone can go to for "help" - very, very rude person. He is going to do damage to this business with his attitude and indifference. Again I would rent from anywhere else. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I predict a very short dalliance in the rental car industry for this particular company and its owner, Michael Ochs, Jr.

My truck broke down and I needed a rental while it was being fixed. I used the website in order to reserve a vehicle for my needs. I found this to be very convenient. I called Ochs to confirm the reservation. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. I explained my situation and everything was done to accommodate me. I appreciate the service I was given finding a vehicle and picking me up so that I would be able to have a vehicle for work. That was outstanding service! However, upon arriving at Ochs and beginning paperwork, I was quite frustrated with extra costs that kept coming up. As a first time renter, I should have been made aware of the extra expenses beforehand. I was unaware of the $200 deposit required of me, as well as the cost of upgrading my insurance to full coverage as I only have liability. I charged the $200 to my account and may not receive it back for a couple of months. This information would be vital for anyone needing to rent a vehicle so they are prepared for costs that may effect them even after the return of the vehicle. Thank you for your service, but please consider explaining all costs involved beforehand!

Horrible customer service. The employees clearly do not communicate and then tries to blame the customer for the discrepancy. Staff was very argumentative and condescending. I will never use Ochs ever again.

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated at Ochs. I feel like I was cheated with the extra fees and the staff was rude.

Worst customer service ever! Went to rent a car on the website, said nothing about cancelation fees or a deposit fee. Called and asked to cancel they charged me 46 dollars just because there website wasn't working right. (so it became my fault) Wouldn't wave the fee or anything. Told me I was wasting there time. Do not recommend going here! Go to Cape if needed! The manager is very money hungry and does not show any compassion! If I could rate 0 I would!
