The beds are hard as rocks lights didn’t work in the rooms. When we got to our room there was one towel in the room for showers and the floor towel was absolutely disgusting with stains. The one shower towel had lipstick still on it.

We understand that the wi-Fi going out was not the fault of the desk staff, but we never got a call back when we asked about it. The 'free' breakfast was not available in the morning, which is part of the reason we chose Quality Inn for our travels. Overall, very disappointing and would not stop at this particular one again.
