“Very quick edit: once the property managers got back to me, they have been very helpful with assisting with this issue! Therefore I've updated my review. Even while being out of town, they've been willing to help!
I am currently renting a storage space and when I got to the unit found an existing lock on it but not locking the unit closed. I can't get ahold of any property managers to find out how to go about removing that so I can lock and store my own personal items with a lock I've bought. I would love to leave a better review but until I hear anything back I have to leave a very poor review as I have no answers and no access to my unit I'm paying for. (And yes I triple checked I'm at the right unit at the right facility.)”
