Corrupt company. I paid my account off and closed it. As a way to retaliate against me for paying off and closing my credit card account, they fraudulently updated the status from "paid as agreed" and marked it as "charged off" instead on my credit. Contacted the CFPB and FDIC to investigate this corrupt company.My credit card 9510 was paid off and closed on February 19, 2020 with payments made on time before the account was closed. The account was closed in good standing and the ENTIRE balance paid off. 8 months after my account was closed in good standing, someone at the The Bank of Missouri/Total Card fraudulently and erroneously altered my account status from "paid as agreed" with a $0 balance to "charged off." They charged off a $0 balance which does not make sense.Someone in their company fraudulently and erroneously decided to fabricate that my card was charged off and they must be held accountable which is why I am contacting you.When I contacted the company on October 30th, they transferred me to their charge off department, the charge off department could not find a case for me because they said my account was never charged off, from there they continued transferring me back and forth between customer service and charge off recovery with no resolution.The reason the charge off department could not locate my file is because my account was never charged off, it was paid on time and closed. But someone in their company decided to fraudulently update my credit report as a charge off I believe as retaliation for me closing my account and paying it off and they must be held accountable. They are a corrupt company and who know how much harm they have caused to other consumers.I have given this company every opportunity to correct this error and yet they keep giving me the runaround saying. "Callback in 5 days""callback in 2 weeks" "callback in 3 weeks" "fax us a form". It has been 2 months now.The next person they will be hearing from is my attorney.

This is a very nice place. The people were fantastic and very friendly. The lady who opened our account was Samantha and she was great. Also we learned a friend of ours works there, Kim, and she was great, too. They made opening our new account fast and easy. You have quality employees there. Thank you.

Always very friendly. No hidden fees. The only time i had an issue, they reversed the fee immediately.
