Hats off to Carissa for her assistance last week with a new debit card. The lobby was very busy, and she sorted out all prior customers and set them up with their specialists, helped me, and covered the drive-thru. I can tell she is a strong asset to this location.

Cashed a check on 11/3/17 was told 3-5 days. That it should be available that next Friday. Go in they tell me oh no it's a 7 day hold not a 3-5. Should be here on Monday come back Monday and they say oh sorry there was an additional day hold on it. 😡😡😡😡

After six months of banking with US bank. I can only have $200 available when I cash my check on payday. I have to wait until the next day for the rest of my money to be available. This has caused me to drive with no insurance, almost lose car and worry about utilities being shut off, and with many other life responsibilities that I can not take care of because of this bank. I was told after 30 days ask of my funds would be available when I deposit my check. They lied. There is always an excuse. It has caused problems with my family. In my 40 years of banking I have never had a bank do this to me. It's I'd hard to even make the time to close account and switch banks. This bank is useless. Completely useless. They are rude because I can not help but get upset about the situation every Friday. I would neverv recommend anyone to use this bank.

Everyone in the building should do the same things through and through. I should not have one teller do something and the other not, it's not only annoying and frustrating, but it has now made me late because I will have to wait for the lobby to open. I had ZERO problems until this morning
