My name is CJ Ernst for the past 13 years. I’ve been doing business with the Verizon shop in Perryville, Missouri. There are not words to express how your people that work at their Verizon store go far and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy little campers.They are absolutely outstanding. They always take their time. I’m completely illiterate when it comes to doing anything with my phone or an iPad or whatever and they always always take their time to explain any and all procedures . I just spent almost 5 hours with Sean , during that time, he not only set up two phones, two watches and an iPad . Cheyenne was absolutely wonderful and patient dealing with the fiasco that was my phone upgrade. I wish I had just gone to her originally. Will do that in the future! 100/10 service and help. Shes a real one and has your best interests at heart. Loving my upgrade!

They were very helpful and ended up saving us money and adding a phone line at the same time. They went through and got everything set up and transferred along with screen protector on it before I ever left the store. Very helpful and stress-free.

Cody the manager is a very knowledgeable guy, we came in to get a new phone and he ended up saving us money by fixing our bill cannot complain about his or his coworkers help they were extremely helpful

Cody was very helpful and super nice! I went in around 5:30 to trade in my iPhone and get a new one. He was very patient and knowledgeable when my phone had to update and transfer all the information over. Even though it was right around closing time when we finished with my phone he took his time and didn’t rush to get things done. Definitely recommend Cody and Perryville Verizon.
