The pevely dollar general is frankly a disaster. The lines move slow they've had their self checkout closed for months, the aisles are often cluttered and many shelfs stay empty for months with no restocks. I've never seen a store more mismanaged than this one. Go to the Herculaneum dollar general, or Save lots instead cause this dollar general is a huge disappointment everytime I go there

The woman I was dealing with when came in this evening was on her phone immediately as I walked in the door. Boxes everywhere. I went to ask if she has a restroom she preceded to tell me yes rolled her eyes and said she was with a customer and she would get with me in a second and I said I'm sorry I didn't mean it interrupt I just asked if there was a restroom I didn't button line or anything of the sort she was very rude and I'm just upset because I don't understand where all the customer service went

Not sure if it's this store or all stores, but half of the coupons never ring up. I've went through the refund process online and they've confirmed they should have worked. I've gotten to the point I only buy what I planned on buying which defeats the point of coupons.

This store has gone so far downhill. No one in the store knows how to do anything. I placed an online pick up order and no one knew how to retrieve it or pick it.The shelves are always empty with carts of stock blocking isles. It's a Hazzard. They really just need to close this store until they can get it right.

Manager was great she really went the extra mile for me when I was looking for tshirts ....my size wasn't on the shelf at any stores up or down 61/67 ... She happily opened and unloaded totes from they're delivery of things not on shelf yet and found my size .. I left happy and amazed how nice and helpful she was..

Nice store. I'm especially pleased with it now that they have a larger selection of food products. They now have a fresh produce section!!
