I ordered a gun for $249.99 they charged me double $499.98 …after several attempts for a refund they kept giving me the run around we will take 1 off never did so I told them after 5 days to cancel my order and they said they would but they haven’t I had to dispute the charge and days have past without crediting my card ! I will never deal with them scamming people like that …hopefully my dispute will go through soon ….do not trust Dunns !

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Was there buying a gift and they were very knowledgeable on the process for legal purposes. Even the other customers were talkative and engaging. Definitely one of those places that you appreciate having available in your day to day life

Been to this shop a few times, including at their previous location in St. Charles (sorry they left there). Bought a knife from them at a good price then and more recently a shotgun here in Pevely. Both times everything went smoothly. Lots of people go here, not just country folks (see some of those 1 star reviews). Urban types like me are treated just as well as everyone else. This place is well stocked with just about anything you might need for your shooting needs. I suggest you ignore them folks that complain about this or that and see for yourself how well they treat their customers. (Disclaimer- I obviously didn't need to deal with them for online purchases but I can't imagine their customer service would be any different on-line than in person).

I have been a customer of dunns for over twenty years. I brought in one of my in Is to trade for a more compact model. I was Offered two hundred dollars for is a gun that sells for over $600 all day. I understand you have to make money but that was a complete insult And has cost you a customer who spends a lot of money with you. I will take my business somewhere else.
