I work at a shop here in Santa Cruz. Bought an ultima el bruto 113 through these guys at the end of august and have had nothing but issues. Leaky from the get go and before 1,000 miles the rear intake rocker arm broke and left me stranded. Called them to hear warranty guy is on vacation and I’m SOL for a week. Waste of $4,000

My husband bought a rim for one hundred and fifty seven dollars they sent the wrong size and charged him one hundred and twenty five dollars when he sent it back . Total RIP off!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered the Ultima El Bruto 131. Couldn’t be happier with the Service. Jennifer was so helpful with the order and answering my questions. Manager Ben was so polite and Professional. Shipping was fast. I ordered on a Friday and was shipped that Monday and I received on a Thursday. Extremely quick turnaround and couldn’t be happier throughout the entire process!! Amazing people to deal with. Definitely have my business forever now!!

Bought a rake kit off them and ended up with the wrong parts, they sent me the right one but I was missing a bearing. Asked them if I could get the second bearing that was supposed to be with the kit and they have been in helpful and won’t return my call. Not very happy with the service.

Ordered calipers through their Amazon store 8-20-21. Received 8-26-21. Installed 10-14-21. Inspected brake pads at 6,000 miles to find chrome peeling from calipers in multiple locations. CSA said he would speak with supervisor and call me back. I called back to find out that they offer no warranty and I’m out $400 for junk that isn’t safe. Sad world. I will buy from anyone but these clowns.

Ordered a softtail frame from this company. Had question on the rear struts as they where smaller than the swing arm on 1 side. I emailed them pics and asked if they may have sent wrong ones and never heard a response. Called and never got a call back, sent 2nd email never received email back. If you buy from this company you are taking a chance. No customer service at all.
