I would not rent a space from these people if I were you. I would not even consider it. The spaces are not marked with any lines. The woman in the office will turn rude and ignorant at the drop of a hat. The office is open and closed any time they wish. They will kick you out for anything. I parked a little too close to another camper. I am a disabled American veteran. Instead of calling me, I live just down the road. They give me an eviction notice. I measured from the sign in the back of my space. I was exactly 8 inches to the right of the middle. They cited I entered at one point, while being a couple days late on payment. I try to pay the person there. They would not take the payment. But, they opened the gate and allowed me in. I came back the next day and paid. These owners just pick and choose what the want I guess we aren’t good enough for them. But we have rented from them for about three years and always paid our rent. Was spoken to very hateful by office lady. Even though I tried to be kind to her! Total bullshit!!! Hate people like this! Worked out fine, though. I got a covered secure rental place for $10 per month cheaper. Pass them by!

Prior to Pevely Storage, my only experience with storage facilities involved helping friends and family move items in or out of their units. I could not have asked for a better experience with security and customer service.
The coded gate entry, surrounded by chain link fencing with barbed wire at the top, the obvious cameras at every angle, and accordian style door with a slide lock and option for a padlock of my own choosing, gave me the confidence that my items were secure.
Kim in the office was absolutely amazing. Genuinely kind and helpful to the point that writing this review was a shoo-in. No one asked me to write this. Kim was so absolutely amazing and kind that I felt compelled to express my gratitude. You rock, Kim! Thank you for being you and showing kindness and compassion to an otherwise stranger. Your kindness meant the world to me when I was in an unexpected, stressful situation. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!!

Kim will seem to be the nicest lady ever! But God as my witness she should have been an actress because she but she's done pretty well as a con woman , don't be fooled as I was get everything notorized or she will have false documents made to get your personal property seized. If you want proof just message me and I'll show all the court docs and levy's and seizures. And dates differing from one day to next and calls of lies

Kim (the owner) has always been so helpful each and every time I visit there. She goes above and beyond just a business owner, she knows a little something about who does business with, but is not nosy at all
