“Renting a unit went seamless. I ordered a unit online, showed up the next day and was given a free lock. The unit grounds are kept very clean and safe with the gated system. Units are very easy to access too. I only needed the unit for a couple months so after I had everything moved out I was able to send an email and have everything closed out easily. “I purchased 2 storage units via an online auction at the Arnold, Mo location and the lady who worked there, Missy, was phenomenal. She was doing about 10 different things all at once and never skipped a beat. She was helping me (1st time purchasing a unit), renting a unit out to a teenager going to college, helping another getting there stuff out of storage and also running to another storage locker site for an auction (I think). Oh and answering the phones at the same time. She was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I hope this buisness know what they’ve got!”
