For some reason USPS who is supposed to deliver regardless of rain, sun or snow has yet to deliver my mail at all this week. The weather is no excuse when UPS, FedEX and Amazon have all delivered packages to my house with no problem but the good old government ran mail system can't seem to manage.

Had an issue with a package that had a tracking number but was stuck in pre shipment for the last 5 days. Carol was very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong and assured me the package had been picked up and that I should see real time tracking updates soon. Very professional and pleasant
