“He's one of the best vets in Nodaway County and the best one we've encountered in a whole even after moving. The vet tech is an honest, down to earth guy and the young lady at reception is always super friendly and willing to help.
After a few bad experiences with other local vets around Maryville, the local humane society in Nodaway recommended these guys and we haven't looked back since. He's been able to help each of our pets the first time around and always offered honest and open advice. Tip for anyone who moves to a new area: visit your local no-kill shelter and ask for vet recommendations. We should have done this the first time and their advice never misses. Our official primary care vet for all of our animals going forward.”

“Honestly I don't know how Sandy is multitasking so well while managing customers coming and going, the phone ringing off the hook, dogs barking, and people talking to her on the phone and in the waiting area. I am 👏 amazed. I can't imagine managing the inventory and paperwork for such a busy place. We'll done.
Our dogs have stayed there for up to a week at a time- with no issues. We appreciate having somewhere to care for them while we are gone. “Probably the best vet around. They aren’t money hungry, they are old school and will take care of your animals even if it means staying until 9pm every night. They work their hind ends off to give exceptional care. If you want a “city vet/new age veterinary” experience don’t come here. If there is an emergency that comes in they will push your appointment back and reschedule you. Which is exactly what I would want them to do. If I’m waiting for simple vaccinations and an animal in critical condition comes in I don’t mind waiting. They are one of the few that will take emergencies. And will take something urgent with out having to do an “office visit”. Many vets won’t take you if you haven’t established care with them before. Love this vet clinic!”

“Very affordable, very kind, and figures out the problem first visit every time. My dogs are friendly but have always hated going to the vet. He and his staff are very patient with them regardless and by the end of the visit he's petting them and has them calm again. Definitely recommend!”
