If you love your family member, do not bring them here. Neglect, short-staffed, poor quality food, to name a few of the many problems. They have a couple of staff that care, but it's not enough to make a change. Take your loved one somewhere else.

I want to thank everyone for the wonderful care that you gave my mother Pat Twidwell on her stay at Clark’s mountain nursing home . I would recommend this place to any of your loved ones. The kindness and attention my mother received was beyond what I imagined. Thank you all for what you do.

This facility and staff showed so much compassion for my grandmother and grandfather at the end of their lives. I can’t show enough gratitude to these workers and all they did for them. You can tell that they truly care about their residents and the families!

do not send your loved ones here! my grandmother and a very loved friend's mother was here and we had a horrible experience. they let my grandmother get a bed sore on her and she would've passes away if we didn't pull her put any sooner than we did.they've let my friend's mother fall for the 5th time now and still haven't sent her to a hospital or doctor over her bruising.the staff said these bruises were from falling, but I personally think otherwise.if you truly care for the ones you love, do not send them here.photos of my friend's mother listed below.

The Social Services worker, Heather, does not need to be in this line of work. She is rude and duplicitous. She lies to resident's families and then treats them like they are stupid and a waste of her time. Avoid.
