Our grandson was injured at school this morning. Thinking his leg might be broken we took him to the ER. The folks at the front desk were great and Dr. Day is awesome! Professional and kind. We’re so happy to have this hospital in our community! Thank you!

I go here for medical care and there are almost always a pair of two loose pitbulls in the back emergency room parking lot from across the street. They are also mildly aggressive and not well behaved. They have been aggressive towards me twice now. This is not safe. They belong to the homeowner across the road. Until this parking lot is made safe and loose pitbulls are not allowed to roam i cant give a review above one star. The lot aint safe man.

Plenty of parking available no matter what time of day you have an appt, unlike other local hospitals. All staff that I have encountered have been very pleasant and professional. Again, unlike other local hospitals. The wait time is always minimal, if at all.Angelica, the NP for the Rheumatologist, is very educated, amazing, and very caring with her patients. You can travel to the bigger cities for medical care, but in my experience, this hospital offers the same great care but with a much more pleasant experience!

My name is Nicole and I have epilepsy and I wasn’t feeling well almost like I was about to have a seizure so my fiancé took me to the hospital and then we got to a room and the dr came in aka Dr. Jeffrey Teeter and he was absolutely rude to me he sounded like he was my father talking to me and was very rude. Do not go there! AT ALL!! DRIVE A LITTLE FURTHER!

Wish 0⃣l stars was an option. My little sister has been in pain for over an hour and not one doctor or nurse has came to help. She's crying in pain because of her tooth and they are having coffee and laughing it up in the next room.PATHETIC

Had an emergency and the receptionist treated us like garbage. She shouldn't have a job.

If I give zero stars I would. I am a leg amputee with bone cancer. Came into the ER because I fell. Dr Teeter talked to me was very condescending, and rude. His bed side matters need to be better. I left this hospital crying for an hour because of the way I was treated by Dr Teeter. I think it’s because I have disabilities, he didn’t want to deal with me. I will NEVER go back to this hospital. So nice to know this is how they treat people with cancer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

If you're in danger of bleeding out, or don't mind paying ER prices for a RX for a cold, they are probably a good place to stop. Unless you know exactly what care you need and are willing to push for it, don't stop, keep driving. My husband had a kidney stone, was given pain meds that didn't work, ignored for an hour while they read the image (was in so much pain he couldn't talk), was finally given something that would help with the pain, and pushed out the door. The chief of medicine was the DR. After meeting with the director of nursing, found out that the stone was larger than what would pass on it's own, and the prostrate was enlarged. It was never going to pass. Ended up at an urgent care in Arnold to get pain meds that would work, and something to help pass the stone.
