“I love this Bank. The Manager is "Home Town" friendly. The clerks are professional. The only thing that I would ask for is more smiles and for the clerks to take the time to recognize us by name or greeting? They don't. When I banked at another bank, they always took the time to greet us and greet us by last name. Is there a law against this, now days. Come on small town warmth. Smiles. Good Afternoon. Good Morning. Good Evening. If we can't say names can we say "Good Morning, What can I help you with?" Are they really that busy? NO! Let's just slow down just a little.”
