We had a unit here for a little over a year. We moved out of the area, and cleaned out the unit the last day of the month 07/31, which was a Sunday, and business was closed. Called the office and spoke to Scott during business hours later to tell him we had moved out and to close the account. He promptly told me since August had drafted on the 1st there was nothing he could do, the unit was mine for that month, even though I now live 4 hours away, and that I should have given him advance notice. Advanced notice was not possible since we had scheduling issues from work, being 4 hours away, and just had to go get everything out as the opportunity presented itself. I asked Scott if he was kidding and could not pro-rate from that point, at which time his demeanor changed and stated no he was not kidding, I signed a lease that I should’ve read, and that’s just the way it is. Shocked to say the least. I’ve had storage units in 5 different states over the years and have NEVER not been prorated out. The $94 isn’t worth fighting them over, but I would advise against doing business here due to the attitude and lack of understanding on this persons part, unless you can schedule everything to a T. Enjoy that free $94. It’ll come back on you.

Seems spacious for all rvs, cars, and trucks not to.mention personal belongings very well layed out easy to follow a simple in and out sits right next to jeffs auto on us 71

Ryan was super helpful! Nice facility. They have RV dump, air for tires, and a vacuum to help clean out. Climate controlled, covered or outside storage. Strongly recommend this place!
