A big thank you to Wesley!! Wesley was pushing carts in 100 degree weather. He came over and offered to help load my groceries in my car. He did and wished me a nice day. 😊 What an awesome, polite young man!! I sat in my car and watched as he continued working. The hot temperature did not slow him down. Jane Walmart is lucky to have such a dedicated young man as an employee!! ❤️

This is the worst place EVER I ask a worker of help and they said they could do not about it just walk away and then they were looking at me weirdly and they have nothing here to swim

Ordered a prescription over a week ago and received a confirmation they had the order. After driving 30 miles I was told they hadn't received the order. I showed the order confirmation and only got a shrug of the shoulders. This isn't the first time, don't know how they keep their license.

The person in charge of the automotive was very rude. I had to wait almost 3 hours to get one tire replaced. When I was one of the first persons to arrive at 7:00 am. He told me it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 3 hours later still not ready...

We love this big store when we cross the state line to buy alcohol. And of course Walmart's prices are hard to beat. I found patron tequila from here and it was 6 dollars cheaper that the big liquor store down the street. This store has great selections of beer and wines as well.

I just want to Thank the management at this Wal-Mart. Due to covid they Apparently have had to remove all seating from the store. Today my 87 year old mother and I stopped to get my oil changed. It was almost 2 hours and she was unable to shop that long. We went to the automotive waiting room and she was sitting on the floor in the empty waiting room. I complained to management about the situation and with in 15 min they had brought an electric chair in for her to sit on to wait. And shortly after that they brought 2 chairs into the room. I appreciated their quick action and taking care of the situation. Thank you management! I know it's been difficult for everyone. Cathy T

Store is close to home and convenient. But people are not very friendly, pharmacy pickups are nice ladies but clueless. After 25 min I found out the free coupon code from the manufacturer would not work, after she tried telling me the code did not specify what medicine it was for. I appreciate the work these people put in, but they need to bring back customer service all around to how it used to be.

Multiple multiple bad experiences here. And I'm not the only one! Whoever the manager was that called my friend a bitch because she was right about price matching? You need to be fired. Seriously the corporate office is not that far away guys how could people be so rude here?? Yesterday I went looking for leather repair kit. I looked by myself for a bit... auto, sewing area, over by home goods, over by everywhere. Finally I asked; the first woman I spoke to "sorry we don't carry that" hard to believe Walmart doesn't carry this... second guy. No idea told moms to check over here over there. Doesn't bother to ask anyone else or help... I look. Terrible suggestions. Finally I call the front desk and she says oh we don't have that if we do it'll be over by hardware. Umm ok.. so I go look nothing. Then my kids want to look at the fish and I get to argue with them about no we're not getting a fish. And I walk that back aisle towards auto again. And after a couple moments THE ITEM THAT WALMART DOES NOT SELL IS RIGHT THERE ON THE BACK WALL NEXT TO THE HUNTING DEPARTMENT and auto.. GOOD FREAKIN LORD. Amazon would have been quicker nicer and cheaper. Some of the associates are helpful but most are rude and lazy. Young kid in electronics always super helpful. Irish Guy is awesome as well as a few other cashiers. The managers here are rude and overall don't know a lot about their stores. A few months ago I got in an argument in the bakery over 2lb icing they sell for however much and they insisted I only take 1lb when CLEARLY it says on the label I'm paying for 2! I weighed it and then had her weigh it. The short male manager came and was extremely rude like I was trying to steal telling me this is the first and last time? Really guy? I called the other store in bentonville and they were like umm you can come here and we'll have it ready for you... Why do I go back to this store? It's closer to me.

This is our Walmart. We live in Bella Vista so we're close to a lot of Walmarts and Neighborhood Markets but this is our favorite. I love the One-Stop-Shop because I like doing all my shopping at one place and know I'm getting good deals for good items. Occasionally they will be out of stock for an item I'm needing but not often. The associates are friendly even if very southern (Missourian) lol Only thing I don't like is the lack of professionalism and the number of associates with jacked up teeth is almost the whole store. I still come for the prices and convenience

My favorite location. Liquor store section has fantastic prices. Oil change while you shop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Be careful what time you go as it can be very busy after work and Saturdays. I find checking out at the Garden Center to be quicker.

Full-size massive Supercenter with a ton of parking. This Wal-Mart probably owes its existence to being located right on the Arkansas/Missouri border, as the sales tax is lower. Plus, Benton County is a "dry" county, so there's no liquor or beer sold there. But there is here! This store has a Tire & Lube and an Arvest, probably a whole lot more that I didn't happen to notice.
