Public storage in Platte City is a great place The staff is wonderful The people are nice and kind and I always feel like my belongings are safe there without a doubt they're helpful and friendly and always willing to help never had a problem but if I did I could count on them to fix it

Brianna was very helpful, I am unable to get access with the app and have to use the keypad code to enter and exit. Brianna is trying to get this working for me. My unit was very clean.

I would highly recommend Brianne and Public Storage in Platte city. I have numerous storage units across the US and most are Public Storage. None, however are as friendly and accommodating as Brianne at the Platte City location. She was able to solve problems not only at her location, but all of the PS locations that we use across the country.

From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Brianna was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
