I went to the Platte City location to open an account, I just moved back to Platte City, and really did not plan on changing banks, but because of difficulty with my online banking service I have from Nebraska, I decided I had to make a change.I dont think I have had such amazing customer service in a long time, I explained my situation.Suzan went above and beyond to assist me , this will be my new Bank!!!!!!!Thank you NASB & Suzan.

I have been a customer at the Platte City branch for 6 years. Great customer service by all employees. My family enjoys when Becca helps us because she is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I liked this branch so much I brought my boys here when they were old enough to have bank accounts. Great place to do your banking if you want to feel like a person not just a number.

I have been a customer over 10 years. I have yet to have a bad experience No matter whether I call, go in or drive thru, the employees know who I am. Whenever I have issues, they take care of me.

I received the most wonderful help when I was in the lobby 6/7.I needed to have funds transferred from Discover Bank. All went sosmoothly.The service from the branch manager couldn't have been better.

The clerk I met was not happy to print my statement with the header.she will charge me if I keep on coming and print.i have been a customer for five years and this is what I experienced.
