Great place located bt the airport. Quiet safe, not bad for the price. Rooms are spacious, the bed is cleaner than Super 8 on Barry rd and on ambassador and 83. It is as non-smoking hotels. The best part is that the staff are attentive and talk to you better than any hotel I have been to. Aj was great. Store for shopping and dining waking distance. Definitely will be back.

Rooms are extremely nice for the price. As long as you don't stay one night, you gotta get in 2 burner. Stove parmesan's fridge. Plan your room to walk around in for 2 or 3 people. Front desk help is real nice and agree with smile. No attitudes, they do the best. They can to get you in as fast as they can. If they think you booked by mistake, they give you a call before your reservation can't be canceled. Just to make sure you're still comino.Get on a first name basis with you.I'm thinking about living here.Full ti have a reasonable monthly rate as well as weekly rates

The king suite room was clean and bed comfortable. The bathtub needed serious work. Since we had a kitchenette, the room was without a coffee maker, no pots and pans no dishes in the cabinets. The pool area was closed. There was no breakfast provided at this property. The front desk found us a coffee pot and coffee. If the amenities listed on their website, Choice Hotels , and Google are important to your stay ,Call the property to see exactly what is available.I would stay here again.

Although the customer service was great this was the nastiest hotel I had ever stayed in and I can’t understand how this is legally open. To begin with it is incredibly sketchy and unsafe, there are no locks on any of the windows you could quite literally crawl into this hotel through any window. There are white stains all over the beds and chair, the floor is sticky and visibly dirty, the toilet doesn’t flush and there was also no toilet plunger, there is MOLD growing all over the bathroom walls, there is a hole in the ceiling which has literally been stuffed with toilet paper, overall the entire hotel is very dirty and run down and just simply not safe in any way. I never saw one person cleaning or even seen a laundry room ? It’s unfortunate because the location is pretty great- wouldn’t stay here if you value cleanliness and comfort.

Sink plunger didn't work, the heat even set to 60 degrees ran full blast all the time, I had to sleep with window open to keep room from getting 90 degrees. Room looked like someone added a room in there basement.

Rooms: Odd musty smell! Handicap bath stool, plastic. Should of had a pull down metal seat for sanitary reasons. 2 people with two bath towels, 2 hand towels and shower mat. No wash clothes. Towels were pretty small. Drink machine but drinks were not cold. Was in town for a funeral, didn't really k own where to stay. Kind of had a shade feel to it. Desk person was nice. There was a couple hanging out at the check in area and he used profanity in his conversation not knowing I was coming around the corner. Was very hard to see at night. Would not recommend to anyone. Needs some serious TLC and updating!

Looks nothing like the pictures. Stained furniture, smells like meth. Go elsewhere.Edit: They ended up charging my card three times in two days, for a room I refused to stay in. What a nightmare. This feels like some petty way of getting back at me for refusing to stay.

If you need to by past a night and shut your eyes for a night then stay here but if you have love ones I say no. The little “kitchen” was nice, the beds I mean it stable to stay still and have rest, the bathrooms i don’t know about the other rooms but we got a stand up shower and it was horrible I mean horrible nothing nice or clean it was so creepy we couldn’t shower properly there was so much mold and yellow color more then white. There is two pillows for each bed, and two sets of towels of each size. The tv is about a size 32’ inch. The air conditioner smells like dusty musty air. But I guess better than no air . This hotel is for a single individual. Very close to the airport for sure. The staff has no fault in this. Do not book by a third party.

Unless the only thing you want is cheap, keep driving and stay elsewhere. (And you might, as their sign is not lit so you can't really see it after dark.)It is a place where it feels like they gave up on maintenance a long time ago.The first room we got smelt like an ash tray, despite it being a nonsmoking hotel. We spoke with the front desk, who reported that the previous people will have been charged a cleaning fee. However they apparently never deodorized the room before making it available again. At other locations in the building you could smell cigarette smoke in the hallways. The hallways in general were unclean and look like they had not been vacuumed in a while.Second room was a bit better - beds, shower, toilet, and bathroom countertop was clean. The floor quickly made your feet dirty from walking on it inside the room. The two chairs in the room had very visible, various stains. Only one of the two beds had a bedbug mattress cover on it. (Fortunately we found no signs of bugs.) There was also some sort of nondrying mystery liquid I found when I moved one of the table lamps. Many things ranged from poorly maintained to outright broken: Even before we got to our new room, the lady at the front desk warned us the door stuck and you really had to put your shoulder into it to open it. One of the faucets was plumbed backwards. The AC for the room squeaked and rattled whenever it was on and part of the plastic case it was in was broken. There were numerous areas that had drywall anchors sticking out that were never removed or patched, as well as evidence of larger holes that were patched very poorly.I tried to charge my phone next to the sink only to find out the next morning that the outlet didn't work. Even after resetting the safety on it, nothing. I tried the outlet that the lamp and alarm clock were plugged into only to find the outlet was so old and worn out that it would not even hold a plug in the outlet and they would tilt and fall half way out. I finally found a working outlet behind the microwave. The mattress on the bed was very worn as well, laying on it you can tell there is a sunken area in the middle of the bed, rolling to your side you can feel yourself trying to tip back toward the low spot. The room came with 2 bath towels, a floor mat, and 2 wash rags. No cups for water (thankfully we had a bottle of water) nor an actual hand towel for the sink.As we left we found out an exterior door down the hall that was supposed to lock at a certain time - the mechanism was completely broken and the door didn't even latch. The staff was friendly and helpful, but beyond that the only reason it does not get 1 star for a review is because I know there is surely worse out there.I should have taken pictures, as describing it does not do it justice. (EDIT: The photos for the hotel that initially show up look like they were taken when the hotel was brand new. Definitely not what it looks like now.)As it is now, I would not stay there. The only reason we stayed is because our reservations could not be changed or refunded.Safety: Broken exterior door so anyone can wander in. Non-working to possible fire hazard outlets.Food & drinks: We saw they have a vending machine, but as far as I am aware there is no other kitchen or food.Noteworthy details: We stayed here about 2 years ago in addition to just recently, and were told they didn't have breakfast due to renovations in that area. The breakfast area appears finished but there was no breakfast as far as I could tell. The pool that is pictured in one of the reviews was unavailable then, and still is. Looking through the window the entire area appears to be storage.

Stay away at all costs. They don't have a business occupancy license we just found out after staying here for a month. The state is going to shut this place down and they should since there is no way it will ever pass an inspection. The owners are rude Pakistani people that think they are better than everyone and the management company people aren't much better. The owners haven't been paying the bills. I've seen 3 of the owners cars with expired temp tags on all 3 cars. The wifi doesn't work and the owners won't have it fixed. There is no fitness room as stated in the description of this place. The basement has mold and water damage that they aren't fixing or even trying to clean up. This place is a disaster and should be condemned.

We had 2 rooms on July 22, 2023 that were both dirty and 1 smelled of smoke. Smoke detector was disabled in one room. There was cereal in the sheets in one room. We decided not to stay after talking to the manager who was also upset about the condition of the rooms. She could not give us a refund and told to call on Monday and ask for Kathy. It took over 13 phone calls and repeated talks to Kathy who ended up no longer employed there before Stacy finally was able to get us refunds that were in our account on August 19, 2023.

All right so keep a few things in mind to begin with that. If you are going to want to find a cheap hotel, you're going to get a cheap hotel. That being said, suburban studios accommodated every need we had and we did not have any problems. Of course there are some people that seem sketchy. You're going to get that when you're at any level of extended stay hotel. That's this price range. Our room was pretty comfortable and accommodated all of our needs. There was space cleanliness and some fairly new cabinetry for the kitchenette. I will say that the bathroom definitely needed some sprucing up as the tub was pretty dirty looking. All in all for the price paid and the location. We were incredibly happy with this budget friendly hotelRooms: We had a double queen room. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very clean. We had no issues with bugs or any smells or anything of that nature

If you are looking for a good hotel to stay at in Platte City Mo, this is NOT it. The place is old and dirty. The elevator is broke, no breakfast and the staffing have no idea what is going on. However, the worst part about this hotel is their security program. There is none. When I checked in, they were over booked. We were given a room key and told to go to the back of the building, go through to glass door to our room. There I found a lot of people standing around the door smoking and drinking. There was a security card scanner to open the door, but it was not working. The door would not lock so anyone could get in. When we got to our room and opened the door there was already someone in the room. The man inside the room asked us if they are trying to give away his room. When we got to our next room, the secondary door locks were broken off. The door frame showed signs of a break-in. There was no soap, shampoo, or TP. The room was dirty and smelled like a dog had been in the room. Hair all over the place. We would have gone to a different hotel that night but it was late and every other hotel was booked for 50 miles.
