Sales Department: Doesn’t know much, but makes things happen!!Service Department: Doesn’t know much.I mean, they are Friendly and very respectful (especially Dave, he’s a real All Star). However, when it comes to problem solving and customer resolution/satisfaction they just haven’t been trained enough.Regardless of the not so good service I’m grateful. For their lack of service makes me appreciate Good Service when I receive it.?

Don't bother. There are other places that are actually willing to help figure out the problem rather than give you a blanket statement of needing an entirely new engine. They charged me $300 just to tell me that $12,000 more will take care of it. Even if the original engine is beyond repair, why would I sink so much more into another? The original has 139,460 miles on it and the vehicle is only ten years old. I regret ever buying my first, and after this, only Ford.

Excellent customer service and employees. Their service department is fast, accurate, and detailed. Able to accommodate last minute incidents while on the road. If I was in the market to buy a new vehicle, I'll definitely get it from them.

I had called asking about getting a new key and/or having the one I had programmed and they said about $100. So I go in and talk with them at the service desk and tell them I need to get my key programmed or a new one to remote lock/unlock my doors and get the keypad code on the door. I'm told $130. An hour later I go to pay and they are trying to charge me $235. No one told me it would be $30 to get the code for the door. Nor was I told it would be $70 to program the key (turn the key off to run 8 times and press a button on the fob) which they couldn't do anyway. Why was I charged for something you couldn't do? I feel scammed that I wasn't told up front what the charges were gonna be. I should have been told it was gonna be a separate fee for the door code and the programming along with the $130 key. I was told $130 and ended up paying $205. I'll never go back to these scam artists

I dropped in Thoroughbred in Platte City yesterday afternoon without an appointment. I had something hanging from the front under side of my company car. The service manager got me in immediately and fixed the issue. He did not charge me for taking care of this. He was so kind and treated me so well. I appreciated very much how he stepped up and made me feel better about this situation. I had no idea if I should even be driving the car. If you need service I would very much recommend this dealership to anyone but especially to women who may be unsure of the issue. This dealership and the service manager are honest and very helpful.

I scheduled an early Friday morning appointment for an oil change. In the dealership at 7:30, out before 8:30. Quick, professional and friendly. Good job!

They used to have such a good service department but it really went downhill over the past year or so. We have had many problems even after just simple oil change and tire rotation.

The service department worked really hard to make sure my warranty company had everything they needed to pay the claim. They kept me informed throughout the process.

This is by far the best dealership I’ve ever been too. I was able to get my car diagnosed, negotiate with Ford on the price, and repaired very quickly and efficiently. Although some of the service advisors could use a little training on customer service adequate, my service advisor, Nelson, was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and I am definitely coming back!

Do not go if you are trading in a vehicle and using A Plan. They will offer very little so that you roll over just enough so that they still get their MSRP pricing.
