Trex Mart #2 is a newer truck stop known for its small town hospitality feel. The staff are welcoming, kind, and helpful, with genuine friendship and caring. The store is consistently described as spotless, clean, and nice with lots of variety, including unique items like root beer and cotton candy flavored milk. Amenities include a huge lot, clean showers, a small cafe, and Dunkin’. The cafe food is good, quick, and has decent selection with pretty big portions. Some operational issues are noted, such as staff seeming a little discombobulated or disorganized, and an incident involving shower access and no hot water. Despite minor problems, customers express appreciation for the welcoming visit and hospitality, with some choosing it over a closer competitor for the positive experience.
Don’t understand why this is a 3 1/2 star. This place is spotless and the ladies that work there are kind and helpful! Glad we stopped here on way back east. Diesel was cheap!
