I initially had a frustrating experience with Joe Empire Tinting Services after being left waiting for an appointment, with no response over the phone or text messages. After posting a negative review, Joe reached out and I decided to give him another chance. We scheduled an appointment for 10 AM on September 21, and I even confirmed via message at 9:40 AM. However, upon arriving at the shop on a rainy day, he didn’t show up, nor did he respond to my calls.
I wasn't the only one affected; another customer was there, visibly upset after purchasing a Groupon deal for three cars but receiving service for only one. He expressed his frustration over the lack of communication and difficulty getting a refund. This customer mentioned that Joe often cites personal issues, particularly involving his daughters, as excuses for his absences and I believe him because Joe did that to me.
Despite my previous communication offering to reschedule if Joe needed, he didn’t reach out. To my surprise, today I received a text from him asking me to delete my one-star review, claiming it could harm his business. However, the real issues affecting his business are his lack of responsibility, poor time management, and failure to communicate with customers and leaving clients waiting in the rain and not honoring scheduled appointments speaks volumes about his professionalism.
Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend his services. If you want better reviews, you should provide a better service. I will not make myself a fool for the third time, please do not contact me again.

I took my wife's car to him 3 yrs ago and the tint still looks great. I got my new car done today with him and I didn't mind driving across town to his shop. He is friendly, professional, and the place is hospitable.

This is my second vehicle that Joe tinted my front door’s windows to match the factory tinted rear windows. He’s very very good at what he does. Takes the time to make sure it’s done right the first time. Very personable and easy to talk to. He takes very good care of his customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Joe for any future window tinting. He’s the best!
