Great location. The staff are incredibly friendly and were very helpful when I had to extend my rental twice due to insurance issues. This was no fault of theirs and they made the process so easy.

They rent you a car or truck that is not available, then when you get there, it is not available. Forced to use lesser vehicles for same price.

Colin and his team are great. I needed a vehicle after hitting a deer. They got me into a car that was clean and drives nice. There are limitations on the modern world of car rentals, but they are great to work with! Thank you guys and gals!!

My car was stolen and I rented a car at this enterprise a few weeks ago. Colin was such a great representative! He was so patient & kind. He understood my despair and anger about about the situation, but he emphasized and helped me with all the questions I had. He made a terrible situation easy. I appreciate customer service from your staff & he exemplified professionalism!

I will only get rentals from Collin from here on out. He helped me get into a rental so quickly and I upgraded my rental out of pocket to actually enjoy my experience. It felt like I was in a rental for ages but honestly I had no issues! The entire experience from start to finish was extremely professional and respectful. One of the best customer service experiences/ rental car experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you again for taking mine and my kids safety into consideration when the handle bar guy at gerber collision and glass on Vivion road wouldn’t. You helped ease my anxiety and put me in a safe reliable car until mine was fixed by Northstar auto body give this man a well deserved raise I know I’m not the only one he’s helped like this.

Andre provided excellent customer service. He was very professional, courteous, has a great sense of humor, and personable. The car was immaculate inside and out when delivered, gas in the tank. Refund on deposit was made immediately. Could not have been better. We are very impressed. We would definitely recommend this facility. Thank you.

They were super busy at the time that I rented a car. They had two cars on the lot. One of the sales associate called three different locations to try to get me a truck. Then I was driven to the Gladstone location. They went above and beyond for me so I bought them two white Monsters from the gas station.

Terrible. Can never get a hold of anyone at this place. You call and are placed on hold immediately and then said there's no one with a voicemail set up and then it hangs up on you. Terrible customer service! How do you do business like this?

Nightmare of an experience. Charged me for 5 extra days and took 6 weeks to get my money back. No one wanted to take responsibility and if I hadn't stayed on top of things everyday I would not have received a refund.
