“I have lived in Trimble for nearly eight years and have received outstanding service from day one. I am a heavy mail customer, meaning I receive and send a lot of mail and packages both personally and on behalf of the City so I believe I am qualified to rate their service. On more than one occasion, my local carrier has straightened out and found miss-hipped packages from FEDEX, which is not uncommon around here. Always remember, it's easy to criticize when you don't understand the whole process.”

The plattsburg post office called me the same day. He was friendly and assured me he would look into it. Now it looks like my sons christmas present will arrive on time thanks to our local office. ?”
