Went to store in pleasant Hill store ##8257. It was clean and the employee that helped me Noah was very knowledgeable in finding what I needed.

Called to ask if they had an item in stock. They hung up on me, so I called back. They then threatened me on the phone, saying they will file a police report. Then started cussing me out.
All I wanted was to know the stock of an item. Why have a public number if I can’t call to save a trip there. Whoever in corporate is in charge of this area needs to rethink their choice of manager.
I will never go back to this store again, I would rather drive to Harrisonville or lees summit if I need something.

Asked if they had Pokemon cards in the store, proceeded to have an employee yell at me and be absurdly rude, would not recommend this store, they hire people that need to be in anger management.

I used to love to go to this store, but two days ago I had to face this really rude, unprofessional cashier who was ignoring me at first, and then she raised her voice at me when I rang the bell. She is an older lady who made me feel like I am not welcomed there, maybe just because I am a foreign origin. I noticed she was treating locals well only, my active duty Marine spouse was very upset to see how I am being treated by his own people when he is ready to give his life to protect them.

This dollar tree was incredible, I thought it was the same size store as In my town until I walked in. It was huge, they had three times the amount of stuff as mine does and all at a great price. I think I ended up spending like $60 bc of all the stuff I had to grab so that I could have it when I needed it. Great service from the checkout lady, actually carried on a conversation while checking me out.

It was really good I didnt have my.money withme so.the employee paid for it out of his pocket but I return after going home to get mymoney and gave it back.to them.and told them I really appreciate the fact he was going to take care of it for me that doesn't happen everyday where a employee pays it forwarding didn't even get his name but it's probably best I didn't post his name thank you so much

Clean store, friendly employees. They don't have refrigerated/ frozen foods. Worth the drive from LS.

Any Chance we can get more friendly associates? Feels creepy with the masked, confused, teenagers working there. Feels like the managers of Spencer's in the Mall does the hiring...Do grown folks or friendly people even work here? Tired of the depressed, downtrodden, victimized worker thing. Joy is a Choice!
