Waters Hardware in Pleasant Hill is a small-town store with a friendly and helpful staff. Employees like Tommy and the blade sharpener provide great service, and the ladies at the register are excellent. The store offers a good selection of items at prices close to big box stores, saving on fuel. Despite some past issues with a cashier, the manager listens and strives to improve customer experience, making it a reliable spot for hardware needs.
Love this store. Kathy and Tommy are the best. Tommy is so helpful with whatever we need and Kathy always makes us laugh. Look forward to seeing both when we come in.

Great place, has everything you need plus more. Very kid friendly has toys, cups, snacks, drinks, and more. If you need to go somewhere to get supplies this is the place.
