“I like the small town feel and dont mind paying extra for it. Drive to Lees Summit to save 6 bucks dummy. I like the people in this store….Scotts a hoot and tormenting Harley is pure fun. We dont need a bigger store, you people complaining need to move away. What happened to our small town ? Id give this place 10 stars if possible. City Idiots are the problem.”

“I like shopping here since it's close. You can get decent gas points when you shop here on point days. I like the HyVee app for digital coupons and looking at weekly ads.”

“This Walmart pharmacy is great. I've never had any issue over how long it took to get a medication or the help I received. I'd totally avoided Walmart pharmacies for a couple of decades bc of how bad the service was in the ones I lived near. This one is my go to and preference now.”

“We recently moved to the area, and have been looking around for a grocery store that we like. So far we have found three! I really like Hy-Vee for produce, frozen food and especially their meat department. I don't think I will buy meat anywhere else. The folks working the butcher counter are incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful.I love that. There's also a liquor store attached to this grocery store. They have a very nice deli as well.We were able to buy some Chiefs items and Royals hats in the fan store inside. That was pretty cool.I think my favorite feature about this store is that they are all employee owned. That's awesome!”

“What brought me here was the price of the medication that I needed. It was the lowest price of all the pharmacies in my area. I was pleased to find the staff of this pharmacy to be friendly, patient, accommodating, and compassionate. They went above and beyond for me. They didn't have what I needed in stock, but they got it for me later that day. The other pharmacies I went to said I would have to wait a few days. Very happy and will return.”

“Had something specific in mind for my son’s funeral and looked at Hyvee late in the day and clerk gave me the florist’s card and suggested I call or speak to her. When I went back the next day, the florist was making exactly what I wanted. When we got to the funeral home, I was astounded at how beautiful it was. Highly recommend Tamme Williams at Ward Road Hyvee in Lee’s Summit.”

“Not sure about the few negative reviews on here, ive had nothing but positive experiences since switching my prescriptions over from CVS. When there is a line, they get through the customers quickly, opening up three windows if needed. I dont bother going there for my vaccinations, thats what my Dr's office is for.”

“I've been here about a dozen times in the past couple of years and I've had really good experiences. Kat takes care of me quickly, is super nice, and even thinks of things I didn't think to ask. I appreciate it. I love that everything is so much more automated now, and I'd recommend using those services. They'll request meds from the doc for you, fill them, and text you when they're ready. It beats showing up and having to wait a long time.”

“I switched from price chopper to Walgreens a year ago and I do not have a single complaint. If my insurance doesn't pay for a medication, they apply their own coupons that are typically lower then goodrx. The app is simple and convenient, from filling prescriptions to scheduling vaccinations. Staff is also top notch and very professional.”

“Love the Chinese at Hyvee and highly recommend it. However, there seems to be confusion among the workers as to how the #1/#2 works. #1 is one entree. #2 is two entrees. Does a #1 mean 1 type of entree (eg Orange Chicken) or does it mean only 1 cubby gets filled with Orange chicken? Some workers only fill one cubby if you get a #1. Some workers fill both cubbies if you get a #1 and get only 1 entree type, eg sesame chicken for both. I've been told that a #1 means only one type of entree, and logically I can see how employees get confused and think it means only 1 cubby gets filled.”

“Price chopper pharmacy in Lees Summit is outstanding in customer service! I went in to pick up an Rx on a Friday, but the Dr's office had denied it. Sandy called the office for me, sat on hold, explained the reason to me, then, with the pharmacist's permission, and because she had talked to the office, gave me some BP med to take until I could get an appt. The service is above and beyond!! Thank you Sandy and Price Chopper!!”

“I love this walgreens. Checking out in pharmacy went fast and everyone was really nice. Front of employees helped me find everything i needed. I really think with everything going on with covid it is really important to have understanding that customer service wont meet everyone's exacting standards. I understand that and go the flow. Seeing how my fellow customers were treating the cashiers they should maybe attending preschool rather than picking up their stuff. SMH”

“The pharmacy staff were so helpful! After some back-and-forth with my script, the former pharmacy let Susan at Walgreens fill it. I’ve read some not-so-great things about this pharmacy, but the team here is small and really dedicated. I appreciate their attention to detail. I got my script and saved some money! Thanks, Susan, and your pharmacy team.”

“Haven't shopped much at Walgreens I'm almost a year due to the poor customer service at the ones near meWhat a fresh breath of air when after visiting my granddaughter I stopped to today to get a few items All the employees were cheerful & went above & beyond to ensure I received all my points & RR's & didn't frown when I used coupons Although not as convenient to me mileage wise I will only be shopping here from now onPlease share with your employees as they truly need to be recognized for their dedication & hard work”

“All of the negative reviews are honestly ridiculous, all just selfish people, only care about me me me, zero empathy or compassion for anyone but themselves. You people have no clue what's happening behind the scenes, nor how to run it, and yet normal people are getting blamed and berated for it. Somehow people still don't understand the Walgreens system is terrible and doesn't work for the employees too. The store is fine, it has its moments and occasional issues just like every other store. To the nasty, selfish people who wrote those, do better, it's not always about you.”
