“This bank is by far the best hometown bank I have ever had and I personally have had several different banking accounts from local to nationwide and the service here is spot on .. Im not sure that I would suggest for people who travel although we do travel a lot and they have always managed to help us from wherever we are in the country but there have been a few Hangups where that has been a concern at no fault of the banks just a local bank isn't necessarily the kind of Bank you want when you are a national traveler that being said they are always willing to help out in any way that they can their customer service is phenomenal and has been at all of their branches I have been to .. buffalo and pleasant hope are my two major locations and I highly recommend their services for all your local banking needs .”
