Only have talked to the person who called me to let me know when I was getting my CPAP. She was very nice and helpful. Got my machine and set up was easy. I was provided with all the materials needed to get started at home!

Very good @ getting equipment to you quickly but, if you think you are going to sleep with that VERY loud 5L Oxygen Concentrator think again! This machine is very LOUD & HEAVY! Headaches all the time from hearing it running, very sad, no excuse for such a loud machine.

I had a good experience with Apria . They delivered a hospital bed to me. The service man was polite and well mannered . The bed is good. I did not give 5 stars because i wish they had given me a softer mattress. I would recommend Apria as a good business.

Terrible customer service. I asked for a itemized bill they never sent one. I keep getting charged for portable tanks they don't even deliver. I haven't paid my bill and got turned in to collections. I'm not paying for a service I have not gotten.
