I am very satisfied with the work Big Red did on the garage floor of my new home. My building superintendent was also impressed -- so much so that he asked the workers for business cards so that he could share them with others that might be interested in finishing their garage floors.A few small spots were missed that needed some touch up work, but the work was done promptly and carefully. The technician who did the touch up work also fixed without charge two small places on the floor that WE had messed up by accelerating the car too heavily trying to lift it over the small lip between our driveway and the garage.

These guys did an awesome job on the repair of my concrete pool coping. They were very responsive, showed up on time and did very high quality work. Reasonably priced as well. I would definitely recommend Big Red!

Over the years, we’ve added to our concrete sidewalks and patio and pool deck, sometimes with decorative features, and we’ve worked with several different vendors. Big Red has been the best, on balance, by far. Some were cheaper, but no one has come close to the quality of work and partnering that Beth and Kevin, the owners, exhibited. We were given extensive options with pros, cons and costs. When we finally settled on an approach, and had a couple of mid-project changes, they were responsive and made very fair price adjustments (sometimes up, sometimes down, but always fair). And the finished project? Couldn’t be happier.Services: Concrete sidewalk building

Big Red Decorative Concrete installed a new pool deck over the existing concrete deck. They came out in the Fall to quote the project, took the deposit and performed the work when they promised in the Spring. The installers were on time and professional, they took care of my property while they were there and cleaned up after each day of work. The work was performed in a timely manner. The end product was exactly what I was expecting. I have and would recommend this company.

We used Big Red Decorative Concrete to redo our sad pool deck. What a tremendous difference the company made with their product and work. BR transformed an ugly duckling of a deck to a swan which many visitors have commented on as beautiful. Nice price, great work, very enjoyable crew to work with, what more could a customer want. Big Red did an excellent job on our outdoor patio pavers. We were having great difficulty finding the right product and they worked with us to find the perfect sealer. This is the second time they have sealed our pavers and it lasted 5 years the first time. They were prompt and held to their schedules and worked until the job was done. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
