“I've banked here for roughly 30 years, since before I was even old enough to have an account when my grandfather opened a Scottie savers for me as a child. They've always been good and helpful to me. The staff is friendly and familiar faces that I've seen for at least the past decade or more. Even though I've moved about 45 minutes away now when I used to live right around the block, I still bank here as my primary and probably will forever honestly.”

“I have never met a more compassionate group of people in the financial services industry. And they back the talk about taking care of people the other banks ignore. I can bank anywhere but I brought my accounts here because the money they earn from me helps the less fortunate instead of buying some bank owner a bigger boat. I was ok sacrificing services and rates but I've not had to do that. The services and financial education they offer are unheard of from a small credit union. And their rates are actually better. In some cases, MUCH better. I would give 6-stars if I could.”

“A place you can trust & REALLY does look out for your best interest with your specific life circumstances in mind. There are many reasons that lead me to this positive review for community america as a company in whole but one that stood out for me today was the outstanding customer service at the 5400 NE Antioch Road location specifically the tremendous help from Angel Ramdorsingh, a Financial Relationships Specialist at this location. She was professional, efficient, kind and just so determined to help me through a process for a insurance claims payment for a recent theft damages to my vehicle. I had come in earlier in the morning as I had Nursing school lecture within the hour of arriving to the bank and needed the process, if possible, done prior to 5pm. When I returned she had everything ready and was so kind during the whole process. While waiting on some computer things to process at the very end of this quick encounter, I asked how long shes been working for Community America & she informed me it was her 10th year with the company! This woman is an absolute treasure of a employee! Dedicated and hardworking with a positive attitude is so refreshing! Alongside Angel just being the most pleasant experience, Community America has worked with me so many times with my car loan I have with them, they have supported me like no other loan company before, and just when I need them the amount of reliability Community America has shown cannot be matched by many if any institutions. This time in my life has been a struggle while in Nursing school, but my relationship with community america has made my life a little easier through the trying times and working with an amazing person like Angel Ramdorsingh in such a stressful time, has ensured I will continue my business with Community America for the foreseeable future! Great company!”
